Some are called to be Apostles, some to be teachers, and others... to be Minnesotans!

People in Duluth sunbathe.

The water in Bemidji gets thicker.

Floridians don coats, thermal underwear, gloves, and wool hats.
People in Minnesota put on a flannel shirt.

New York landlords finally turn up the heat.
People in Minnesota have the last cookout before it gets cold.

All people in Miami die.
Minnesotans close the windows.

Californians fly away to Mexico.
People in Minnesota get out their winter coats.

Hollywood disintegrates.
The Girl Scouts in Minnesota sell cookies door to door.

Washington DC runs out of hot air.
People in Minnesota let the dogs sleep indoors.

People in Minnesota start saying..."Cold 'nuff fer ya?"

Hell freezes over.
Minnesota public schools will open....... 2 hours late.

A friend sent this to me on Facebook and given our recent negative 20-40 degree weather, I thought this was appropriate to put on my blog =)

Well, that cements it! I am NOT called to be a Minnesotan. We've considered selling here and moving to be near your family some day, but unless you all move to somewhere warmer (Florida sounds good), looks like we'll nix that idea.

But, you go girl! And, we'll plan our visits for Spring, Summer or Fall...

i think i've gotten a forward like that but on the last one it was "hell freezes over. the vikings win the superbowl!"

LOL...I shiver if it is in the 60's... NoCal is too cold for me...:)

Lee born and raised in ND...would wear a t-shirt when it's below freezing :)
